§ 21-30-7-5 — "Foreign government"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 30 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 7 Disclosure of Foreign Gifts and Contracts
As used in this chapter, "foreign government"
means the government, including an agent of the government, of any
country, nation, or group of nations, or any province or other political
subdivision of any country or nation, other than the government of the
United States or a state, territory, or protectorate of the United States.
