§ 21-29-1-2 — "Obligations"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 29 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions
"Obligations" means bonds, notes, bond
anticipation notes, commercial paper, leases, lease-purchases,
installment purchases, certificates of participation in agreements or
programs, other evidences of indebtedness, or other agreements or
purchasing programs.
