Text
A transmission system must be designed to permit the installation of additional capacity and coverage as accumulating communication needs of higher education may require. The system must:
(1)be capable of transmitting high fidelity television signals, high
fidelity sound signals, data signals for computer communications,
and voice traffic; and
(2)include control circuits.
