§ 21-28-5-4 — Use of system or programs in electronic format by other entities

A transmission system must be for the
exclusive use of the participating educational institutions. However, the
participating educational institutions may permit the use of the
transmission system, or any part of the transmission system, by others
under section 10 of this chapter.
