Text
In connection with the use of the
telecommunications system, the information in the designated
electronic format, or any other related matter, the participating
educational institutions may accept gifts or contributions from
individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships,
associations, trusts, or foundations and may accept funds from any
federal agency under terms and conditions that the participating
educational institutions determine are necessary or desirable.
