§ 21-28-3-1 — Enactment
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 28 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 3 Midwestern Higher Education Compact
The Midwestern Higher Education Compact is
enacted into law and entered into by the state of Indiana with all other
jurisdictions legally joining the compact in the form substantially as
provided in sections 2 through 9 of this chapter.
