§ 21-27-9-2 — Board; qualifications
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 27 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 9 Vincennes University
The board of trustees must be persons in law capable of:
(1)suing and being sued;
(2)pleading and being impleaded;
(3)answering and being answered unto; and
(4)defending and being defended, in all courts and places, in all
manner of actions, suits, complaints, matters, and causes.
