§ 21-27-10-9 — State entity for purposes of United States Department of Education regulations
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 27 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 10 Postsecondary SEI Affiliated Educational Institutions
A state educational institution that:
(1)exists as an instrumentality of the state in the form of a body
corporate, body politic, or body corporate and body politic; and
(2)controls a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution;
is considered to be a governmental entity equivalent to the state for
purposes of United States Department of Education regulations.
