§ 21-27-10-8 — Control by executive branch

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 27 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 10 Postsecondary SEI Affiliated Educational Institutions
For purposes of United States Department of Education regulations, a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution is considered to be subject to the administrative supervision and control of the executive branch by virtue of appointment by the governor of all or a majority of the trustees of a controlling state educational institution.
