§ 21-27-10-7 — Information provided to commission
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 27 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 10 Postsecondary SEI Affiliated Educational Institutions
The commission may require a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution to provide information concerning the:
(1)financial position of the postsecondary SEI affiliated
educational institution;
(2)academic programs and instruction offered by the
postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution; and
(3)student outcomes;
and make the information publicly available.
