Text

The board of trustees of Indiana University and the board of trustees of Purdue University or the board of trustees' agents, singly or together, shall provide a suitable time and place to confer upon the graduate the certificate or diploma provided for in this chapter. The location chosen for the conferring of the diploma or certificate must be adjacent to a city or the cities at which the Calumet regional campuses are located that offered the complete courses of study towards the earning of the diploma or certificate. The members of the advisory board shall be invited and entitled to attend the conferring of diploma or certificate performance. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-16-8.]
