Text

The secretary of the advisory board shall do the following:

(1)Keep an accurate record of the advisory board's proceedings in a suitable book procured by the advisory board for that purpose.
(2)Make copies and transcripts of the orders and proceedings of the advisory board and transmit copies of the records to the board of trustees of Indiana University and the board of trustees of Purdue University. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-16-5.]
