Text
Nine (9) members of the board of trustees shall
be appointed by the governor, one (1) of whom must be a resident of
Knox County and one (1) must be an alumnus of Vincennes University.
In addition, the governor shall appoint one (1) trustee who is a full-time
student of Vincennes University during the student's term.
