§ 21-24-4-1 — Board; content of bylaws
The board shall adopt bylaws governing:
(1)the election of its officers;
(2)the conduct of its meetings and its other internal affairs; and
(3)the appointment and duties of a president, a treasurer, and
other executive officers of the University of Southern Indiana.
