§ 21-24-3-4 — Board; membership qualifications

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 24 UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN INDIANA·Ch. 3 Board of Trustees

The board of trustees must include at least the following:

(1)One (1) member who is an alumnus of the University of Southern Indiana or an alumnus of the regional campus.
(2)One (1) member who is a full-time student in good standing enrolled in the University of Southern Indiana.
(3)One (1) member who is a resident of Vanderburgh County. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-64-7(c).]
