Indiana Statutes
§ 21-23-4-2 — Board; election of officers
The board of trustees shall:
(1)at their first meeting after appointment;
(2)every two (2) years thereafter; and
(3)whenever a vacancy occurs;
elect by ballot a secretary and treasurer.
