Text
(a)Three (3) members of the board of trustees
shall be selected by the members of the Purdue alumni association. One
(1)of the members must be a graduate of the school of agriculture. All
members of the board of trustees selected under this section must be
members of the alumni association and graduates of Purdue University.
(b)At the annual meeting of the Purdue alumni association for the
year in which the term of office of any one (1) of the trustees selected
under this section expires, a successor shall be selected by the members
of the Purdue alumni association, in the manner that the Purdue alumni
association prescribes. The president of the Purdue alumni association
shall certify all selections made by the Purdue alumni association.
