§ 21-23-3-2 — Board; appointments
(a)The governor shall appoint ten (10) trustees
for Purdue University for the term beginning on July 1 in conformity
with this chapter.
(b)The general assembly urges the governor to appoint at least one
(1)resident of Allen County to the board of trustees of Purdue
University.
