§ 21-22-6-9 — Campus board; powers
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 22 IVY TECH COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF·Ch. 6 Regional Institutes; Regional Board of Trustees
A campus board may do the following:
(1)Adopt, amend, or repeal bylaws for the campus, subject to the
approval of the state board of trustees.
(2)Make recommendations to the state board of trustees
concerning amendments to the charter of the campus.
