Text
The duties of the treasurer of Ivy Tech Community College include the following:
(1)Keeping true accounts of all money received into the treasury
of Ivy Tech Community College and of the expenditure of that
money.
(2)Paying out the same on order of the state board of trustees.
(3)Collecting the tuition and fees due to Ivy Tech Community
College as well as gifts, grants, bequests, and devises.
(4)Preparing an annual financial statement for Ivy Tech
Community College and at each regular meeting of the state board
of trustees reporting on the financial condition of the college.
(5)Investing and reinvesting such funds as shall come into the
treasurer's possession for the benefit of Ivy Tech Community
College.
