Indiana Statutes
§ 21-22-4-2 — Board; selection of officers
The state board of trustees may select from their number:
(1)a secretary; and
(2)a treasurer;
of Ivy Tech Community College but are not prohibited from appointing
employees to serve as secretary and treasurer.
