§ 21-22-3-2 — Board of trustees
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 22 IVY TECH COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF·Ch. 3 State Board of Trustees
The state board of trustees shall be known by
the name of "The Trustees of Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana".
In the corporate name and capacity, the state board of trustees may sue,
be sued, plead, and be impleaded, in any court of record, and by that
name has perpetual succession.
