§ 21-21-4-3 — Treasurer; duties
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 21 INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY·Ch. 4 Elected Officers; Treasurer
The treasurer is responsible for the:
(1)receipt;
(2)custody;
(3)accounting; and
(4)proper protection;
of all funds due and accruing to the university and the board from any
sources and for whatever purposes the funds and receipts may be
designated.
