§ 21-19-4-1 — Board; organization
The board of trustees shall meet at Ball State University in January of even-numbered years and organize by:
(1)electing from their membership:
(A)a president;
(B)a vice president;
(C)a secretary; and
(D)an assistant secretary; and
(2)appointing a qualified person who is not a member of the
board of trustees to serve as treasurer.
