§ 21-19-3-9 — Board; vacancies
A vacancy occurring on the board of trustees
from death, incapacitation, or resignation shall be filled by appointment
of the governor for the unexpired term. Vacancies in offices held by
alumni members shall be filled from nominees submitted by the Ball
State University alumni council.
