Text

(a)With the exception of the student member of the board of trustees, all appointments to the Ball State University board of trustees are for four (4) year terms. Each term of a nonstudent board member begins on January 1 of the appropriate year.
(b)The term of a member continues until the member's successor is appointed and qualified.
(c)The student member of the board of trustees is appointed for a two (2) year term. The student member's term begins on July 1 of the year in which the student member is appointed. The student member must be a full-time student at Ball State University throughout the student member's term. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-57.5-8.]
