Text
At least thirty (30) days before the expiration
of the term of an alumni member, the Ball State University Alumni
Council, or its successor, must submit, through the president of Ball
State University, the name of the nominee to succeed the retiring
alumni member. The governor shall appoint the nominee as an alumni
member of the board of trustees.
