The cost of performing a team onsite
investigation for purposes of section 8 of this chapter shall be paid by
the applicant postsecondary credit bearing proprietary educational
institution. However, the total cost of an inspection, including room,
board, and mileage that does not require travel outside Indiana, may not
exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) for any one (1) postsecondary
credit bearing proprietary educational institution.
