Text
(a)Appointments to the commission are for a
term of four (4) years except:
(1)the student member; and
(2)the full-time faculty member;
who are appointed to a term of two (2) years.
(b)The governor shall promptly make appointments to fill vacancies
for the duration of unexpired terms in the same manner as the original
appointments.
(c)The term of a member begins on July 1 of the year of
appointment and continues until a successor has been appointed.
