Text
The commission consists of fourteen (14) members appointed by the governor as follows:
(1)Each member must be a citizen of Indiana.
(2)Each congressional district must be represented by at least one
(1)member who resides in the congressional district.
(3)One (1) member must be a student.
(4)One (1) member must be a full-time faculty member of a state
educational institution.
