(a)As used in this section, "approved intermediary" means an intermediary that has been approved and included on the list under section 1 of this chapter.
(b)The commission may award an intermediary capacity building grant to an approved intermediary for the purpose of increasing the capacity of an approved intermediary to serve a greater number of individuals. The commission shall establish eligibility requirements for an approved intermediary to receive a grant.
(c)To receive a grant, an approved intermediary must apply to the commission in the manner prescribed by the commission. The commission may award a one (1) time grant of not more than two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to each approved intermediary that meets the requirements under this section.
