§ 21-18-18-5 — Award of designation
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 18 COMMISSION FOR HIGHER EDUCATION·Ch. 18 Higher Education Purple Star Designation
The commission and the department shall
jointly award a designation to a state educational institution, an
approved postsecondary educational institution, or other postsecondary
educational institution if the commission and the department find that
the applicant institution satisfies the criteria for designation determined
under section 3 of this chapter.
