Before May 1, 2024, the commission and the department shall do the following:
(1)Develop the designation required by section 3 of this chapter.
(2)Establish and publicize the criteria for awarding the
designation.
(3)Prescribe the form and manner of applying for a designation.
(4)Make the process for applying for a designation available to
interested state educational institutions, approved postsecondary
educational institutions, or other postsecondary educational
institutions on the commission's website.
