§ 21-18-16-7 — Distributions to state educational institutions
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 18 COMMISSION FOR HIGHER EDUCATION·Ch. 16 Outcomes Based Funding Formula
The commission shall distribute on a monthly
basis to each state educational institution the amount appropriated for
the outcomes based prospective model subject to the commission's
review of the state educational institution's performance according to
the outcomes based funding formula created under this chapter.
