Text

A municipality or a redevelopment commission of a municipality may cooperate with a qualified entity to carry out an approved redevelopment plan to the extent that a qualified entity may agree. A qualified entity is not required to expend any funds or take any action in respect to the approved redevelopment plan except as provided in this chapter.
