Text
A redevelopment commission receiving a
redevelopment plan may approve the redevelopment plan and contract
with the submitting qualified entity to carry out the redevelopment
plan. The redevelopment commission may assist the qualified entity to
obtain credit as a local grant-in-aid for the total amount of expenditures
made by the qualified entity that is eligible for reimbursement under
Title 1 of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended.
