§ 21-17-6-2 — Liberal construction of chapter
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 17 POSTSECONDARY PROPRIETARY·Ch. 6 Participation in Urban Renewal
(a)This chapter shall be liberally construed to
effectuate the purposes of this chapter.
(b)This chapter may not be construed as requiring:
(1)municipalities;
(2)redevelopment commissions; or
(3)redevelopment districts;
to participate in any federal cooperation or grants.
