Text

Police officers appointed under this chapter shall take an appropriate oath of office in the form and manner prescribed by the appointing governing board. The police officers serve at the pleasure of the appointing governing board. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-3.5-1 part.]
