Text

The department of education shall:

(1)maintain a file of each private technical, vocational, correspondence, and trade school registered with the department of education; and
(2)preserve in the file any grievances, complaints, or other comments about the private technical, vocational, correspondence, and trade school that have been received. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-62-5 part.]
