§ 21-17-1-9 — "Municipality"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 17 POSTSECONDARY PROPRIETARY·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions
"Municipality" means a city or town that, under
the authority in IC 36-7 and through its redevelopment commission,
may undertake and carry out redevelopment or urban renewal projects.
