§ 21-17-1-16 — "Project area"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 17 POSTSECONDARY PROPRIETARY·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions
"Project area" means:
(1)a slum area; or
(2)an area needing redevelopment (as defined in IC 36-7-1-3).
