Text

"Private technical, vocational, correspondence, and trade school" means an institution or agency offering course or courses of instruction for a fee or fees and that is not primarily supported by public tax funds. The term does not include the following:

(1)A college or university offering a course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
(2)A nonpublic preschool, elementary, or secondary school that is approved by the department of education. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-62-3.]
