Text

The attorney general shall act as legal counsel to the commission. When the collection of loans on which the commission has met its guarantee obligation requires legal action outside the state of Indiana, the commission, upon the recommendation of the attorney general, may employ private, out of state counsel and expend its own funds to pay for this service.
