§ 21-15-9-3 — Conditions for appointed persons
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 15 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 9 County Scholars; University of Southern Indiana
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b),
individuals appointed under this chapter are entitled to enter, remain,
and receive instruction in the University of Southern Indiana for the
next school year after their appointment, upon the same conditions,
qualifications, and regulations prescribed for other applicants for
admission to, or students in, the University of Southern Indiana.
(b)Any student attending the University of Southern Indiana under
this chapter shall not be chargeable for the payment of any contingent
fees.
