Text
The secretary of the board of trustees of
Indiana University shall notify the county auditor of a county whenever
there are fewer students attending the university than the county is
entitled to send free of tuition. Upon receiving the notice, the county
auditor shall inform the board of commissioners of the county at the
board of commissioners' next meeting.
