Text

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), an individual appointed under this chapter is entitled to enter, remain, and receive instruction in Indiana University for the next school year after the individual's appointment under the same conditions, qualifications, and regulations prescribed for other applicants for admission to, or students in, Indiana University.
(b)A student attending Indiana University after appointment under this chapter may not be charged any contingent fees. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-23-10 part.]
