Text
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b),
individuals appointed under this chapter are entitled to enter, remain,
and receive instruction in Indiana State University for the next school
year after their appointment, upon the same conditions, qualifications,
and regulations prescribed for other applicants for admission to, or
students in, Indiana State University.
(b)Any student attending Indiana State University under this
chapter shall not be chargeable for the payment of any contingent fees.
