Text
If a blind person:
(1)matriculates in a department of:
(A)Indiana University;
(B)Purdue University;
(C)Ball State University; or
(D)Indiana State University; and
(2)requests the administration to provide an assistant to read to
the person;
the board of trustees of the state educational institution and the
executive officers of the state educational institution shall supply, free
of charge, an assistant for at least three (3) hours per day to read to the
student under the direction of the faculty of the state educational
institution.
