(a)Each state educational institution shall
submit a report annually to the legislative council and the commission
for higher education that includes the amount of need based financial
aid and merit based financial aid available to students from all sources.
(b)A report submitted to the legislative council under this section
must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
