Text
(a)If a spouse or dependent of a person
described in section 1 of this chapter is accepted for enrollment by a
state educational institution, the spouse or dependent is eligible, from
the date that the spouse or dependent is accepted for enrollment in the
state educational institution, to pay the resident tuition rate determined
by the state educational institution if the spouse or dependent enrolls
in the state educational institution by the earlier of the following:
(1)The deadline for enrollment by the spouse or dependent as
established by the state educational institution.
(2)Twelve (12) months after the date that the state educational
institution accepts the spouse or dependent for enrollment.
(b)A spouse or dependent described in subsection (a) is eligible to
pay the resident tui
